該機主要分為（wéi）定位模塊、貼角模塊和成型模塊三大部分，可實現各類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產時的自動送紙、自動過膠、自動貼角、自動（dòng）定位、自動成型和自動（dòng）壓泡等，係列工藝工（gōng）序的自動完成，轉版速（sù）度（dù）快，製作盒體（tǐ）精美（měi）。定（dìng）位（wèi）模（mó）塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭、自動糾（jiū）偏、皮殼板貼襯定位、五片板定位。貼角模塊的不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙台（tái）。成型模塊的智能調節、自動鎖固、伺服凸輪動作、免換鏟刀和壓泡板（bǎn）等，均由我司自行研發設計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
